The data-backed case for switching your firm to InfoTrack

Everyone is talking about growth — in our personal lives, in our professional lives, and for our businesses. But very often, growth requires changing what we are doing.

Whether for reasons real or perceived, change can be a scary prospect.

This summer, our team at InfoTrack set out to tell a story of why a little change is worth it.

With big, highly visible enhancements being made to our litigation services, we thought it made sense to take an illustrative approach to share the impact these changes are having on our customers.

We found 15 clear data points showing how law firms are succeeding after making the switch to InfoTrack Intelligence.

InfoTrack Intelligence is easily the fastest way to eFile.

This summer, we watched users file documents to the court in as little as 30 seconds — an astonishing 5 to 10 times faster than is possible through first-generation, manual eFiling processes.

For service of process, order times can be even speedier, especially when paired with an existing eFiling order. We see orders dispatched in as little as 20 seconds with expenses and affidavits automatically logged back to the matter.

Multiply that unbillable time savings for every time you file and serve, and it’s not hard to see how implementing InfoTrack can make your firm more profitable.

But that’s just the tip of iceberg.

You can file so quickly because InfoTrack Intelligence fills in most (or all) of the information you need. It’s already in your legal documents.

In many jurisdictions, InfoTrack can select the correct court and complete 100% of the required filing fields automatically just by analyzing and pre-filling from your documents. You may never even need to touch your keyboard.

Months of internal system data has shown approximately 99% filing accuracy using this method.

This is comfortably higher than the accuracy of unassisted human filers, who manage to avoid rejection only about 91% of the time. Most rejections happen because of simple human errors such as mixing up case documents, mistyping case numbers or party names, or choosing a similar sounding but incorrect filing code.

If you file in multiple courts, there’s another huge advantage:

Instead of constantly logging in and out of various state eFiling portals, you can link all your state eFiling systems to InfoTrack once, then jump immediately into filing in any court.

InfoTrack currently covers 1,490 civil courts and counting across 10 of the busiest U.S. filing states. And our customer service significantly outperforms that of under-resourced and overwhelmed state-provided EFSPs, with average hold times of only 17 seconds and a 96.8% satisfaction rating on process serving orders.

Here’s one more reason why litigation firms need to change their practices:

Our Rejection reasons report shows that out of the 9.5% of eFilings that were rejected nationally in 2023, nearly half were due to clerical errors — the type that InfoTrack Intelligence is especially adept at avoiding.

Add to this data from the 2025 Achieving client excellence report: clients that rate their attorney’s tech skills as “low” are 21 times more likely to rate their overall experience poorly.

Implementing smart technology to assist your teams on a daily basis can help address these problems and deliver better client outcomes without the need for intensive training.

We have numbers to back that up, too.

In 2024, less than 1% of InfoTrack orders resulted in outreach to our support teams. When clients did have a question, they spent an average of just 17 seconds on hold before they got it answered.

We are proud to have maintained a five-star average satisfaction rating from customers, including specific feedback like this:

  • “Quick, courteous, easy to understand, excellent overall”
  • “Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time!”
  • “Explained the entire process clearly, making it easy to understand for a new user”
  • “Patient, kind, informative”
  • “Went above and beyond and used my time with them efficiently”
  • “Always helpful and gets me the answers I need quickly!”
