Frequently asked questions

Here’s everything you need to know about earning CLE credits through InfoTrack Academy.

How do I get credit for completed courses?

InfoTrack Academy courses are accredited in Florida and Texas, and available for self-reported credit in almost all other states.

We are formally accredited in Florida and Texas; in most other states, you can self-apply for credit using the certificate of attendance and course materials we send you after registration.

Texas: InfoTrack reports attendance monthly on your behalf. You can also self-submit if you have a deadline.
Florida: Self-reporting state - you report your own attendance. We'll email you the course number and slide deck.

Do you offer CLE outside of Florida and Texas?

Yes. While our formal accreditation is in Florida and Texas, attorneys in almost all other states can self-apply for credit. We provide a uniform certificate of attendance and all the course information you need. Many states accept this directly — check our state-by-state transfer guide for specifics.

Do you offer paralegal credit?

We are only an accredited CLE provider for attorneys. However, you should still be able to claim CLE credits as a paralegal without a bar number. In most cases, paralegal associations will accept attorney CLE. Your association will know the details of your specific circumstance, but we will provide the needed information in each CLE session.
