Scope and Application: These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) pertain exclusively to filing charges applied by InfoTrack. Court fees and court technology charges are not covered under these T&Cs and shall continue to be applicable as per their respective regulations and schedules.
Validity: This offer is valid for 30 days from the date of sign up, as evidenced by the timestamp of the account creation with InfoTrack.
Eligibility: This offer is only applicable to new accounts created with InfoTrack. Existing accounts, or accounts that have been closed and reopened, do not qualify for this offer.
Breach of Eligibility: InfoTrack reserves the right to apply charges to accounts found in breach of the eligibility clause. If it is determined that an account does not meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in these T&Cs (as per Clause 3), InfoTrack may apply the standard charges to the services utilized by the account. In such cases, the account holder will be notified of the breach and the impending charges. Continued use of InfoTrack services following such notification will be deemed as acceptance of the applied charges. Please note that this clause does not limit InfoTrack’s rights to seek any other remedies available under law in case of breach of these T&Cs.
Geographical Availability: This offer is available to users in all eFiling states as defined by InfoTrack. InfoTrack reserves the right to modify the list of eFiling states from time to time, without prior notice.
Applicability: This discount offer is only applicable to eFiling. The discount does not apply to any other product charges or any other services offered by InfoTrack.
Use of Account: The use of the InfoTrack account shall be subject to these T&Cs, the InfoTrack Privacy Policy and any other rules or guidelines that InfoTrack provides from time to time.
Modification of T&Cs: InfoTrack reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on the InfoTrack website or any other platform where such changes may be posted.
Acceptance of T&Cs: By creating an account with InfoTrack, the user agrees to these T&Cs. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, do not sign up or use InfoTrack services.
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where InfoTrack is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts of the state where InfoTrack is incorporated.
The user is advised to read these T&Cs carefully and retain a copy for future reference.
