Once Upon a Time: Storytelling in the Courtroom

Using fairytale techniques to win your case.

One hour. One General CLE credit. Watch when it works for you.

The party that tells the best story inevitably wins at the courthouse. When we were children, fairytales taught us about life through abstract concepts, helping us understand right versus wrong. Now we can use storytelling to our advantage in the court room by harnessing those fairytale techniques to craft compelling narratives.

Attorney Quentin Brogdon, a partner with Crain Brogdon LLP in Dallas, Texas, explains how to use classic storytelling techniques to change minds and win cases.
